 For nearly 10 years, Total Spectrum has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children, teens, and young adults with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life. As a Regional Administrative Manager (RAM) at Total Spectrum you'll be responsible for supporting key administrative and compliance process for LEARN’s regional clinical services.  You'll work in partnership with other support function, including HR, Training, Clinical Compliance, Clinical Operations and Facilities, to ensure staff is supported and services are delivered in an efficient and compliant manner. RAMs are members of our Regional Clinical Services team. This is a hybrid schedule working a minimum of 3 days in the office per week at one of our Michigan Learning Centers. Candidates must reside within driving distance to one of the following Learning Center locations:- Ann Arbor, MI- East Lansing, MI- Kalamazoo, MI- Livonia, MI- Northville, MI- Portage, MI- Sterling Heights, MI
