Managing Technician (FT)

Welcome to growth with this incredible opportunity to further your career in ABA therapy. One of the most well-known and respected ABA agencies in the country, Total Spectrum (www.totalspectrumcare.com), is looking for a Managing Technician to join our team.

• Work under the direction of a BCBA
• Accrue all indirect supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA
• Oversee a team of approximately 5 interventionists and average 10 - 15 clients
• Develop client goals and clinical programs
• Support parent training and education
• Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 2,000 hours of ABA experience and/or enrollment in Master’s Degree program for ABA or related field.
• BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification
• Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
• Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position
• Demonstrated ability to train others
• Strong communication and writing skills
• BCaBA preferred, not required
• Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required
